- At least 8 years’ experience in the motor vehicle sales industry.
- Strong background in franchise premium dealerships (essential).
- Stable career track record with excellent, contactable references.
- Strong leadership, management, and sales skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Manage the new vehicle sales department, ensuring targets and profitability are achieved.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team.
- Drive customer satisfaction and build lasting client relationships.
- Implement sales strategies and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with dealership standards and processes.
- Competitive basic salary of R45 000.
