Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and diligent individual to join our Sales Customer Care team. The roles entail following structured workflows and engaging with clients through various channels including phone, email, and social media. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with sales teams, ensuring seamless coordination to convert leads and deliver exceptional customer service. Real-time responsiveness and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) are paramount in both roles.

Qualifications and Experience1 year of prior experience in a customer service role involving telephonic communicationsValid driver’s license and/or reliable transportClean criminal recordExcellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written); additional language proficiency is advantageousProficiency in modern technology and systemsStrong customer service aptitudeKnowledge of cars is beneficial but not mandatory for the role
