- Oversee 10 Regional Sales Managers, ensuring call cycles are followed; mentoring of the FSM's; organising product knowledge and sales training for sales representatives; ensuring targets are set and growth is achieved
- Working as a team member within the executive team
- Development and implement a full and detailed strategy for the channelÂ
- Growing conformance in each Banner for the top 20 suppliers
- Driving sales of major suppliers
- Driving sales of all home brandsÂ
- Driving and launching sales of new products and suppliers
- Meeting budget/s and setting the new sales budgets annuallyÂ
- Liaison with all Banners and building relationships
- Growing sales in all forecourts in both banners and Independents
- Creating strategy reportsÂ
