- Proven track record of generating and converting own leads (self-sourced, not purely inbound).
- A stable career track record will be required.
- One must have a clear credit and criminal record.
- Own reliable Transport and a valid driver's license are essential.
- Ability to build strong networks with estate agents, developers, attorneys, and community partners.
- Thrives in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
- Strong Sales DNA - persistence, resilience, and the ability to earn trust fast.
- Proactive, creative marketing approach beyond usual channels (e.g., Activations, Community Events, Partnerships).
