Join a nationally recognised food processing company as a key player in their Cold Store, Dispatch, and Logistics Department. This role offers the chance to lead a large shift-based team while driving process efficiency, compliance, and cold chain excellence. You will report directly to the National Logistics Manager and play a central role in maintaining operational integrity across day and night operations.Education:

Matric (Grade 12) Essential
Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field Advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Proven experience in cold storage and logistics management, preferably within food processing
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practices
Sound understanding and enforcement of SOPs and disciplinary protocols
Experience managing shift-based teams across operations
Excellent leadership, planning, and team coordination skills
Proficiency in stock control, recordkeeping, and systems, such as Excel and email
Comfortable working in a cold environment and under pressure
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Process improvement mindset and problem-solving ability
