Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the operational efficiency of the business by coordinating day-to-day administration, ensuring seamless order processing and dispatch, maintaining asset registers, producing reports, and supporting client and supplier relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Order Coordination: Manage the preparation, tracking, and dispatch of client orders, ensuring timely delivery. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, organise files, update systems, and perform daily administrative tasks. Asset Management: Manage all device assets and asset registers with accuracy and accountability. Reconciliations: Perform accurate financial and stock reconciliations using advanced Excel tools (formulas, pivot tables, etc.). Reporting: Generate and distribute operational reports for internal teams and external stakeholders. System Management: Ensure accuracy of data in company systems and portals. Support Assistance: Collaborate with the support team to resolve operational and system-related client queries. Client Support: Provide high-quality assistance to clients on operational requests, ensuring a superior service experience. SLA Monitoring: Track and monitor supplier SLAs, ensuring compliance and performance delivery. Supplier Management: Source and maintain strong supplier relationships, securing the best rates and assisting with quotations.
Key Requirements Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy. Advanced Excel skills (reconciliations, formulas, pivot tables; scripting advantageous). Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
