- Conduct accurate and timely quantity measures for cost estimates.
- Manage budgets, subcontractors, and project cost effectiveness.
- Prepare and monitor project cash flows and forecasts.
- Negotiate and finalize contractor accounts.
- Certify and process subcontractor invoices and claims.
- Provide construction activity programs to assist site teams.
- Assess structural integrity of potential acquisitions.
- Prepare remedial and redevelopment cost estimates.
- Assist with tender documentation and construction activity plans.
- ND Building/QS (or equivalent qualification).
- 4+ years post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of Standard System of Measuring Building Work.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and extract accurate quantities.
- Proficiency in JBCC contract law and development processes.
- Assertive, detail-driven, and team-oriented professional with strong negotiation skills.
