Job Description :An innovative and growing tech organisation is seeking Integrated Marketing Specialist. This role is both creative and technical — balancing content creation, campaign execution, and marketing operations. This individual contributor will own projects from strategy through execution, working independently while ensuring alignment with business growth goals.This is a full-time, remote role (must be based in Gauteng) with working hours aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET), SA time 2pm - 11 pm with flexibility.Who You Are● You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on HubSpot Marketing Hub.● You’re equally comfortable writing a blog, building a nurture sequence, or optimizing a campaign dashboard.● You thrive in a self-led environment where you can take ownership, manage your time, and deliver results without constant direction.● You’re a creative storyteller who enjoys crafting content that resonates with audiences, but also a data-driven thinker who values testing, reporting, and optimization.● You’re detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple projects while keeping deadlines on track.● You’re curious, adaptable, and always looking to learn new tools, tactics, and industry trends.● You collaborate well with leadership and cross-functional teams, while maintaining accountability for your own deliverables.● Most importantly, you see digital marketing as a way to connect ideas, content, and technology to drive measurable business growth.ResponsibilitiesContent & Engagement● Maintain and update the company website with fresh content, assets, and minor UX improvements.● Coordinate monthly webinars, including promotional emails and supporting logistics (not responsible for hosting).● Repurpose webinar outputs into a content pack, including:○ SEO-optimized blog articles with schema and quotes○ Short-form video clips for LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, and Reels○ Slide/carousel recaps for LinkedIn and email distribution○ Playbook-style PDFs (gated or ungated)○ Quote graphics and internal enablement assets● Produce original thought-leadership blogs consistently.● Draft and publish thought-leadership posts for company executives on LinkedIn.● Research and coordinate podcast opportunities, including outreach and prep packs.● Assist with concept development for short-form executive video content.Campaign Strategy & Planning● Build and manage quarterly content calendars aligned with buyer personas and funnel stages.● Create detailed briefs for blogs, ebooks, and pillar content to guide execution.● Ensure campaign messaging and offers align with outbound initiatives and overall marketing strategy.● Plan and execute digital campaigns (organic, paid, and nurture) with clear performance oals.HubSpot Marketing & Automation (Core Requirement)● Build and optimize email nurture flows, welcome series, and re-engagement programmes.● Write persuasive email copy and design branded templates in HubSpot.● Configure and maintain advanced HubSpot features, including custom objects, properties, and calculated fields.● Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and monthly quality checks of funnel performance.● Build dashboards and reporting for speed-to-lead, pipeline visibility, and SLA performance.● Conduct audits of sales handoff processes and implement workflows to improve efficiency.Growth Marketing & Optimization● Build and manage LinkedIn and Google retargeting audiences from HubSpot lists.● Support light PPC campaign management, including performance monitoring and optimization.● Execute quarterly SEO initiatives, covering technical, on-page, and content improvements.● Provide ongoing SEO support, including audits and best-practice recommendations.● Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools.● Recommend improvements based on performance data and industry trends.RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications● HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise (COMPULSORY): Hands-on experience with workflows, email automation, lead scoring, segmentation, dashboards, and reporting.● Strong copywriting and editing skills for blogs, email, and social content.● Ability to design marketing assets using Canva (or similar).● Knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page, keyword research, technical basics).● Experience managing social media content and engagement across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.● Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting.● Experience executing digital campaigns across email, paid media, and organic channels.● Self-starter with strong organization and independence, able to manage projects end-to-end.● Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align with leadership and partners.● Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Preferred (Nice-to-Have):● Exposure to RevOps, CRM optimization, or sales enablement.● Familiarity with podcast promotion and webinar marketing.● Basic video editing skills for short-form content.
