- Self-motivated, target driven and customer centric
- Flame proof equipment knowledge would be an advantage
- Technical diploma would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using computer software and applications related to Microsoft packages
- Strong organizational skills to ensure that sales call are planned for efficient execution
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel
- Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers
- Provide technical advice on products and services offered by the company
- Provide after sales service when clients have emergencies and breakdowns
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
- Secure SLAs with prospective clients
- Achieve sales and margin targets
- Complete CRM activities and planning as required by sales manager
- Participate in exhibitions and road shows
