We’re looking for a skilled and creative AI Engineer to help us redefine what’s possible in insurance.As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing intelligent systems that streamline claims processing, improve fraud detection, and enhance customer experiences. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to research, design, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that make a real impact.Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years commercial experience
- Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python or R; familiarity with SQL and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Experience deploying models to production (APIs, pipelines, or edge devices)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Background in insurance or fintech is an advantage, but not required
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for key insurance processes
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business analysts to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Research emerging AI trends and evaluate their application to insurance innovation
- Support automation initiatives such as intelligent document processing, chatbots, and recommendation engines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
