Purpose of the Role:To provide administrative support in the Operations Human Resources Department and provide support in all departments in the store.Main responsibilities:Create personal filesAdministration (Filing and Organization etc.)
Administering HR documentation such as employment contracts
Setting up recruitment assessments interviews
Administering MIE verification checks
Send out regret letters
Collation of Payroll data
Order uniform and badges
Minute taking during meetings
Post schedules on the notice boards
Follow up with HOD’s regarding working schedule
Any other ad hoc admin requiredRequirements:
The successful candidate should have the following skills, experience and attributes:Must have Matric qualification or equivalent
HR related Post Matric qualification is an advantage
Previous retail experience will be an advantage
Attention to detail and ability to use own initiative
Confidentiality
Excellent interpersonal relations
A team builder and a team player
Excellent customer service
Self-confidence, hardworking and lives by example
