- Design and implement marketing strategies with partners that drive acquisition and profitability.
- Collaborate across divisions, Fraud, Creative, Marketing, to deliver flawless execution.
- Monitor performance, produce insights, and iterate strategies for relentless improvement.
- Travel, network, and represent the brand at local and international conferences.
- Ensure partner satisfaction while pushing for deeper collaboration and innovation.
- 3+ years of client-facing experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven leadership experience, you’ve led teams, not just projects.
- Fluency in digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social, mobile.
- A commercial brain wired for negotiation, deal-making, and ROI.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to command a room and close.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with resilience under pressure and hunger for targets.
- High numeracy, analytical sharpness, and the ability to turn data into direction.
- Deep enthusiasm for sports and gaming, this isn’t optional, it’s essential.
