- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively in the market.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in commercial sales, with a focus on construction/structural solutions.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
