,An exciting opportunity awaits an accomplished hospitality professional to oversee a collection/portfolio of luxury boutique hotels and villas in Cape Town's most sought-after neighborhoods (Sea Point, Fresnaye, Camps Bay, Bantry Bay, and Three Anchor Bay). We are seeking a dynamic, personable, and highly organized General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring world-class guest experiences, exceptional service standards, and sustainable business growth.Minimum Requirements

5+ years' senior management experience in luxury boutique hotels, guesthouses, or villas
Proven success in operations, guest relations, and financial management
Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams across multiple properties
Proficiency in property management systems (RoomRacoon preferred) and MS Office
Solid knowledge of food, wine, and F&B operations
Own reliable transport and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Duties

Oversee daily operations across all properties, ensuring seamless service and brand consistency
Deliver an exceptional guest experience, personally engaging with guests and handling feedback
Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
Lead, mentor, and inspire a professional, service-driven team
Maintain property standards, supplier relationships, and compliance with regulations
Support marketing, brand positioning, and guest communications to grow occupancy and loyalty
