- Proven success in operations, guest relations, and financial management
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams across multiple properties
- Proficiency in property management systems (RoomRacoon preferred) and MS Office
- Solid knowledge of food, wine, and F&B operations
- Own reliable transport and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Oversee daily operations across all properties, ensuring seamless service and brand consistency
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience, personally engaging with guests and handling feedback
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a professional, service-driven team
- Maintain property standards, supplier relationships, and compliance with regulations
- Support marketing, brand positioning, and guest communications to grow occupancy and loyalty
