- Ensure products are delivered according to sales floor plans.
- Help identify financing and insurance options.
- Manage risk effectively in the sales process.

- Engage with agricultural communities, institutions, and more.
- Identify opportunities and spark interest in our offerings.
- Connect with farmers and potential customers to create demand and guide them to our dealers.
- Execute activities in line with our sales and marketing plans.
- Coordinate stock delivery with our logistics team.
- Keep a watchful eye on your portfolio's stock, ensuring it aligns with company directives.
- Arrange equipment delivery and commissioning for customers.
- Master your knowledge of all our products in the countries you cover.
- Keep meticulous records of administrative work.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Track expenses diligently.
- Share valuable lead and customer insights with the sales team.
- Maintain open communication with the Business Development Manager and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
- Minimum: Post-Matric Certificate/Diploma
- Ideal: Degree in agriculture/business/marketing or a related field
- Up to 3 years of product application knowledge
- Agricultural Mechanization: Familiarity with the principles and complexities of Agricultural Mechanization.
- Customer and Personal Service: Understanding of customer needs, quality service standards, and customer satisfaction evaluation.
- Business Knowledge: Grasp of successful business principles and their application, including financial acumen.
