Duties
  • Ensure a full signed ATR is received ensure a pro, KPI's and Job description received
  • Ensure positions are advertised maximum 48 hours from receipt source candidates internally and externally Head hunt where possible
  • Use social media and all other mechanisms to find best candidates
  • Candidate Pipeline Health Definition: Number of qualified candidates per role in the pipeline.50% plus All potential candidates to do PI and cognitive tests before being seen all candidates with correct PI and cog to be interviewed by recruitment
  • Recruitment to deliver a shortlist of between 3 and 5 candidates to line manger to interview all positions to be subject to panel interview before final offer made Recruitment responsible for getting interview questions from management before interview takes place all unsuccessful candidates to receive a letter of regret 48 hours after the decision to regret taken
  • Time to fill Definition: Average number of days between job requisition approval and candidate acceptance. Ensure all average number of days to fill positions is less than 45 days
  • Time to Hire Definition: Number of days from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Target: ≤ 20 days
  • Time to Place Definition: Number of days from candidate approval to offer acceptance.
  • Target: ≤ 5 days
  • Monthly meeting with all Directors to discuss recruitment and achieve 80% or higher rating for service delivery
  • Ensure company policy are correct and up to date
