Key Responsibilities: - Develop & implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth & market positioning. - Manage trade marketing, brand activation, & promotional campaigns to increase product visibility. - Conduct market analysis to identify consumer trends, opportunities, & competitor activity. - Oversee digital marketing, social media strategies, & content creation to enhance online presence. - Collaborate with sales, operations, & leadership teams to ensure marketing activities align with business goals. - Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, & third-party suppliers. - Monitor campaign performance & prepare reports to measure ROI and marketing effectiveness. - Oversee design, production, and placement of marketing materials & point-of-sale displays.
