
HR Generalist (including Payroll) - Pretoria

- Perform all Human Resources related functions to ensure productive functioning of the company and it's employees
- Supporting Management in HR decisions and planning
- Accurate and timely processing of all Payroll functions
- Adding of new employees to Payroll system
- Processing of UIF requests
- Responsible for processing and responding to all Payroll related queries
- Manage leave cycle and all leave submission requests
- Manage Recruitment process from advertising vacancies, shortlisting, interviewing, vetting and extending offers to successful candidates
- Manage On Boarding and Induction process of all new employees
- Manage Off Boarding and Exit interview process
- Facilitate probation period process of employees
- Manage the Performance Management process of employees
- Training and Development of staff
- Handle all Industrial Relations processes, including, disciplinary enquiries, grievances, preparing packs, representing company at CCMA and dealing with all cases
- Maintain and update all company HR policies in line with HR legislation requirements to ensure company compliance
- Plan and execute employee wellness programs and initiatives
- Plan and execute regular staff interactions and communications
- Maintaining employee records and data
- Strong people and management skills
- HR experience
- HR legislative knowledge including BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA
- Communication skills
- Processing of all Payroll functions
- Management of Recruitment process
- Dealing with all Industrial Relations matters
- Planning and organization skills
- HR systems skills
- Conflict management skills
- Grade 12 certificate
- Drivers and own transport
- Relevant HR qualification (degree/diploma/certificate) will be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years HR and Payroll experience
- Demonstrates HR expertise and knowledge of all HR functions
