We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can energize a sales team, lead with vision, and turn opportunities into revenue 💰. If you’re ready to shape strategy, build strong client partnerships, and drive real business growth in a fast-moving tech space, we want you on our team! 🔥🎯 What You'll Be Responsible For:
📈 Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Set realistic revenue targets, forecast trends, and plan activities with precision.
- Build rock-solid relationships with new and existing clients.
- Be the go-to person for queries, feedback, and tailored solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 6 high-performing sales pros.
- Drive success through coaching, performance reviews & collaboration.
- Manage every stage of the sales pipeline using top-tier CRM tools.
- Guide your team in closing deals, refining sales tactics, and hitting targets.
- Oversee creation of impactful sales materials, decks & presentations.
- Ensure every pitch tells a compelling story of value and innovation.
- Take the lead in high-level negotiations and contract sign-offs.
- Balance client satisfaction with strong, profitable outcomes.
- Drive your team to meet (and beat!) quotas.
- Analyze data, track performance, and make smart, data-driven adjustments.
🎓 Education:
- Degree or Certificate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar is a bonus!
- 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role 💪
- Experience in tech, aviation, or drone-related industries = a strong advantage!
