📈 Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Set realistic revenue targets, forecast trends, and plan activities with precision.
🤝 Client Relationship Management
  • Build rock-solid relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Be the go-to person for queries, feedback, and tailored solutions.
👥 Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 6 high-performing sales pros.
  • Drive success through coaching, performance reviews & collaboration.
📊 Sales Pipeline & Execution
  • Manage every stage of the sales pipeline using top-tier CRM tools.
  • Guide your team in closing deals, refining sales tactics, and hitting targets.
📎 Sales Material & Communication
  • Oversee creation of impactful sales materials, decks & presentations.
  • Ensure every pitch tells a compelling story of value and innovation.
🤝 Negotiation & Deal Closure
  • Take the lead in high-level negotiations and contract sign-offs.
  • Balance client satisfaction with strong, profitable outcomes.
🎯 Target Achievement & Reporting
  • Drive your team to meet (and beat!) quotas.
  • Analyze data, track performance, and make smart, data-driven adjustments.
🧠 What You Bring to the Table:
🎓 Education:
  • Degree or Certificate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar is a bonus!
🛠️ Experience:
  • 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role 💪
  • Experience in tech, aviation, or drone-related industries = a strong advantage!
