- Conduct daily walk about in production areas to ensue SHE presence and visibility
- Facilitate, review and update risk assessments
- Provide guidance and support to employees on safety related matters and Weir requirements
- Manage hazard reporting and assist with investigations and close out of hazards raised
- Manage, administer, and update SHE Management System documents in line with ISO and Weir Group Standards; handle environmental requirements, including waste management, permits, and licenses.
- Relevant National Diploma (preferably in SHE field).
- Minimum 5 year's Safety, Health and Environmental experience.
- Implementation and maintenance of the ISO 45001, ISO 14001 systems, Managing related Safety, Health and Environmental legislation.
- SAMTRAC/NEBOSH Advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license.
