Financial Accountant

• Day-to-day financial operations and bookkeeping
• Preparing and posting journals (QuickBooks experience essential)
• Monthly management accounts, including income statement and balance sheet reviews
• Budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis
• Liaising with Cayman-based team on financial reporting and commentary
• Overseeing payments, reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, KYC and basic regulatory requirements
• Communicating directly with clients and external service providers

• A deep understanding of accounting principles (formal qualification)
• 2–3+ years post-qualification experience in a finance or accounting role
• Strong experience in preparing management accounts and handling full finance function ownership
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting systems
• Comfortable working independently
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, including international teams
• Previous experience in an outsourced finance or client-facing role
• Exposure to Web3, crypto, or digital assets advantageous
• Experience with both fiat and digital asset payments and reconciliations
