Pay@, a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions is looking to appoint a customer-centric, analytical, and collaborative Product Manager to join their growing team based in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.This role will focus on shaping and driving Pay@s online servicing and e-commerce capabilities, ensuring customer needs are translated into innovative, impactful solutions. This is a high-impact role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our industry leading products.Responsibilities will include:Driving the product vision and strategy for onboarding, dashboards, and e-commerce tools;Managing a customer-driven product roadmap and feature prioritisation;Representing the customer through research, interviews, and data insights;Defining requirements and user stories for engineering and design teams;Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption;Supporting go-to-market strategies for new features and products;Monitoring product performance and identifying areas for improvement;Communicating roadmap progress to stakeholders across the business.Minimum requirements:Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business/Marketing, or a related technical field;3-5 years experience in product management, preferably in a B2B, SaaS or fintech environment;Demonstrable experience in managing data-intensive products, such as dashboards, analytics tools, or reporting platforms;A strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including shopping carts, online payment gateways, and fraud prevention;Skilled in agile product development;Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;Data-driven decision-making approach;Advantageous: payments industry experience, SAFe or similar certification, UX/UI knowledge, Jira/Confluence, technical/software background;Drivers license, and the ability to travel;Fluent in English and a good understanding of Afrikaans.
