A leading freight and logistics company is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join them on a 3 month contract (possibility of permanency). They are looking for someone to take charge of their finance function. This is your chance to lead a high-performing team, ensure financial compliance, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, regulated environment.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a finance team that’s hungry for excellence
- Own the full reporting cycle – budgeting, forecasting, audits, and all the juicy bits in between
- Keep everything squeaky clean with IFRS, tax, and statutory compliance
- Be the cash flow guru, ensuring smooth sailing on all things treasury and working capital
- Play a key role in M&A – Due diligence, integration, and strategic support
- Drive finance tech and process upgrades like the boss you are
- CA(SA) accreditation is essential
- 8+ years’ experience in financial management,
- 5+ years in the cargo, freight, or logistics industry
