- Grow a portfolio of high-value Premium Banking and Funding clients, ensuring consistent revenue growth and client retention.
- Prospect and acquire new clients, ensuring they are onboarded in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for premium business banking or funding clients, building and maintaining long-term value adding relationships.
- Utilise your understanding of market trends and client behaviour to provide tailored strategic recommendations and financial solutions that effectively meet client current and future needs.
- Collaborate with the relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth underwriting and onboarding process for clients that exceed their expectations.
- Regularly service accounts and promote Lula's product offerings, ensuring client satisfaction is your top priority.
- Conduct thorough analyses of clients' business needs and financial objectives to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and promoting Lula products to clients.
- Consistently achieve high client satisfaction scores as per agreed threshold by ensuring that clients are appropriately serviced in line with our value proposition.
- Work seamlessly with the sales support team in ensuring that they are enabled to support you in your portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulations, and legislative requirements.
- Grade 12 achieved
- Relevant qualification in business, finance, or related field is desirable
- 3+ years of experience with a proven track record managing high-value accounts
- Previous experience in business banking or financial services
- Experience working with CRM systems (Zendesk preferred)
- Proven ability to manage an omni-channel environment
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the banking sector
- Advanced analytical skills
