This is a hands-on role requiring accuracy, research ability, and excellent communication.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze plans and specifications to assess cost requirementsCompile detailed cost estimates for labour, materials, and subcontractingPrepare bid proposals and collaborate with the project teamConduct market research and liaise with suppliersMaintain cost records and submit regular cost reportsSupport project execution with technical and financial inputQualifications and RequirementsDiploma or degree in Quantity Surveying(Beneficial but not required)Registered Quantity SurveyorMinimum 2 years experience in a similar roleThe following certifications are advantageous:Certified Professional Estimator (CPE)CSI CertificationConstruction- or plumbing-related professional licensesRequired skills:Strong analytical and numerical abilityProficiency in cost estimation and budgetingExcellent communication and attention to detailFamiliarity with relevant software)
