Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Internal Communications Specialist to lead and execute impactful communication initiatives that enhance employee engagement, support culture transformation, and align with business priorities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Create strategic narratives, campaign plans, and communication calendars.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Design and monitor best practices and guardrails for internal communications.
  • Support leadership and employee engagement programmes.
  • Drive transformation and culture change communications.
  • Analyse communication effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Enhance employee experience through targeted communication efforts.
  • Develop content for internal platforms including SharePoint, MS Teams, and PowerApps.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all internal communications.
  • Create message maps, storyboards, scripts, and templates for campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage the internal communications calendar.
  • Identify and eliminate non-relevant communications to reduce clutter.
  • Partner with business units to measure communication success and improve reach.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps).
  • Understanding of brand and corporate identity application.
  • Ability to analyse data and insights to inform communication strategies.
  • Experience in developing communication playbooks, templates, and governance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of employee experience and EVP (Employee Value Proposition) strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
