Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join their client's team in the Retail Industry. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services, and identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. In addition, you will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer projects, monitor customer satisfaction levels, and develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with assigned retail customers
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are met and maintained
  • Identify customer needs and proactively provide solutions and recommendations
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Prepare and present reports on customer performance and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or relevant role in the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders
