Job Summary This role involves handling inquiries, preparing quotes, managing availability, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, properties, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for delivering excellent guest service.Key Responsibilities:

Handle group booking inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
Prepare accurate quotes and group booking proposals
Coordinate with properties to confirm availability and special requirements
Maintain up-to-date records in reservation systems
Build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators
Support revenue goals through efficient booking management and upselling where applicable

Requirements:

Experience in hospitality or travel industry reservations (group bookings preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office
Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset
