Job Summary Introduction A position is available for a Pharmacy Manager at the Hospital in Durban North West, reporting directly to the Hospital Manager. The ideal candidate will be tasked with leading and managing the pharmacy team, ensuring the delivery of a customer-oriented professional pharmacy service that aligns with both hospital and company strategic goals. Job Responsibilities. - Implement best practices in pharmacy operations to enhance medication safety management. - Strive for a 100% reporting rate to reduce overall medication errors. - Ensure adherence to legal and professional standards set by SAPC, DOH, OHSC, and LHC. - Optimize the implementation and compliance with the LHC quality management system.
