- General PA duties: diary management, travel, filing, screening calls, and coordinating presentations and managing emails.
- General office administration including development and maintenance and basic Excel spreadsheets.
- Management of Refreshments, Reception and Driver
- Monitor Inventory of stationery and consumables
- Organize outside catering when necessary
- Liaise with various internal department regarding functions
- Assistance with Wellness Day
- Management of petty cash and monthly reconciliations thereof
- Taking minutes of meetings.
- May assist more than one manager.
- Relevant Secretarial Qualification.
- Tertiary Qualification preferable.
- 5 Years relevant working experience as a Personal Assistant or as a Team Secretary supporting management.
- Exposure to the Property Industry would be an advantage.

- High computer literacy – proficient in Word (essential), Excel (essential) and PowerPoint (essential).
- Strong typing skills.
- Minute taking, shorthand – preferable.

- Strong interpersonal skills – an ability to interact with people at a senior level.
- Capable of working in a pressurized environment – able to occasionally work overtime and with an increased workload.
- Good business sense and able to pick up concepts quickly
- Ability to handle confidentiality.
- Capable of responding to non-technical correspondence.
