Finance Manager

• Financial Management & Reporting (35%):

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with IFRS standards
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
• Operational Finance & Cost Control (35%):

• Drive cost control initiatives and monitor operational efficiency
• Analyse stock, inventory, and warehouse performance metrics
• Collaborate with operations to align financial goals with business strategy
• Compliance & Risk Management (20%):

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Manage audits and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Stakeholder Engagement (10%):

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
• Provide financial insights to senior leadership and operational teams

• Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (NQF 7)
• 8–10 years’ experience in a finance leadership role within manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial systems, and cost accounting
• SAP experience is essential
• Preferred:

• Honours Degree in Accounting (NQF 8)
• CIMA qualification or registration

• Technical:

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of financial controls and compliance
