We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team and lead our sales division in driving student recruitment, building strategic partnerships, and meeting growth targets. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to deliver high performance. • Drive student recruitment campaigns across campuses and digital platforms. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and corporate partners. • Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. • Oversee the use of CRM systems (e.g., LeadSquared) to track leads and conversions. • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns. Requirements • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in education, training, or services. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Target-driven with a results-oriented approach. • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. • Relevant qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing is a minimum requirement.
