- A “can do” attitude with a side of curiosity.
- Deep understanding of travel channels, markets, and commercial strategy.
- Sales savvy, problem-solving finesse, and teamwork that lifts others.
- Tech confidence: Tourplan, WETU, MS Office—no panic Googling required.
- Interpersonally gifted, deadline-driven, and delight-obsessed.
- Motivated by meaning, not metrics.
- Willing to teach, share, and inspire.
- Admin-driven but never robotic.
- 3–5 years of inbound tour consulting experience.
- Enough to know what works, and brave enough to try what hasn’t been done.
