If you like your numbers with a view, you’ll want in on this.Duties and Responsibilities

Full group consolidations across multiple entities
Oversight of group tax compliance, planning, and submissions
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Support executive team with financial insights and strategic input
Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors
Work closely with property teams to align reporting with operations
Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls

Experience and Skills Required
✅ CA(SA) – Fully qualified
✅ 3+ years post-article experience
✅ Experience in the property sector within the last 3 years
✅ Hands-on experience with group consolidations, tax, and reporting
✅ Currently in or ready to step into a Group FM role
✅ Age 35 or younger (client preference)How to Apply:
