  • Collaborating with their Installation team to coordinate and schedule installations seamlessly.
  • Ensure that installations are scheduled efficiently and that the overall process meets quality standards.
  • Gather feedback from customers and the Installation team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Installation team to schedule appointments based on customer preferences, technician availability, and project timelines.
  • Use scheduling software and tools to organize and manage installation appointments efficiently.
  • Prioritize and manage your time effectively to ensure that installations are scheduled within specified time frames and deadlines are met.
  • Communicate installation details, expectations, and any changes to customers, technicians, and relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Interacting with customers to understand their needs and preferences for appointment timing.
  • Use your problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Providing exceptional support to both customers and the Installation team, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
