
E-Commerce Key Account Manager - Modderfontein

- Manage the end-to-end process of capturing and fulfilling online orders
- Maintain accurate stock levels across all marketplace platforms
- Management of shipments, deliveries and logistics regarding all online sales
- List new items and ensure all product listings are maintained across platforms
- Respond to customer queries and resolve basic service issues
- Follow internal processes for documentation and reporting
- Identify and apply for platform promotions and deals
- Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., sponsored products)
- Optimise listings for improved visibility and conversions
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements
- Research and recommend new e-commerce channels or marketplace opportunities
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and outcomes within the e-commerce function
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Takes full ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working independently and does not require micromanagement
- Detail-orientated and enjoys engaging in focused administrative work
- Strong task and time management - able to prioritise and follow through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable
- Bonus: Prior experience with e-commerce platforms like Takealot or Makro Marketplace
