- Daily processing of supplier invoices.
- Capturing and reconciliation of cash book.
- Weekly processing of petty cash
- Monthly reconciliation of creditors.
- Capturing of payments on Standard Bank.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
- Check delivery books weekly.
- Assist with liaising of customers.
- Assist with following up on quotations when required.
- Assist with following up on order numbers.
- Assist with stock take and handle queries.
- Pastel Partner V19 accounting.
- Knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Experience in handling a small switchboard
- Customer service.
