- Certification in Diesel Mechanics or related
- Experience with hydraulics and electrical systems
- Previous experience in transport or logistics environment
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic, with strong understanding of diesel engine systems
- Experience in repairing and maintaining large commercial vehicles, including trucks and trailers
- Ablity to use diagnotic tools and equipment to identify mechanical issues
- A valid drivers licence clean driving record
- Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on diesel engines or related components
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and machinery to ensure proper operation
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and provide solutions for repair
- Replace faulty components, such as fuel pumps, filters, and turbochargers
- Ensure al repairs comply with safetly and regulatory standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep accurate records of maintenance works and parts used
- Respond to breakdowns and provide on-site repairs when necessary
