- Managing front-desk duties: greeting clients, answering calls, handling bookings
- Data capturing
- Providing administrative support to the workshop team and management
- Maintaining filing systems and general office organisation
- Assisting with basic finance functions such as debtors and creditors
- Capturing and processing data using Pastel Accounting
- Handling correspondence and managing diaries where needed
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Experience in debtors/creditors processing is advantageous
- Proficiency in Pastel Accounting is a strong advantage
