Job Description:Engage, mentor and manage the business unit EmployeesDevelop, implement and mange the business unit business plan ensuring that it aligns with the groups strategyImplement the group human resources processes and policies in line with the groups talent management frameworkImplement and manage the business units transformation goals in line with the groups B-BBEE requirementsImplement financial planning and control for the business unitImplement and manage legal and risk measures in line with the groups corporate risk and compliance frameworksQualifications and Skills:Must have a Bachelors qualification within an engineering fieldMust have a minimum of 7 years business experience with at least 3 years in a top-tier business leadership capacityMust have multi-functional experience from Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Service delivery and Project managementMust have experience coming from a manufacturing plant backgroundMust have experience managing large staff complimentsSuitable candidates will be contacted.
