💰 Salary: Market Related🔍 Key Requirements:

Professional Qualification: CA(SA) or CIMA
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior financial management role
Industry Exposure: Distribution and/or manufacturing sector preferred
Technical Skills: Strong IFRS reporting and consolidation experience
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Group Experience: Hands-on involvement in group-level financial operations

💼 Responsibilities:

Oversee the full financial function, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements
Lead and mentor finance team across multiple business units
Drive strategic financial planning and support executive decision-making
Manage group consolidations and reporting
