This is a great opportunity to join a business that promotes a fresh, energetic approach to retail.ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistent and high-quality merchandising execution across designated retail outletsBuild and maintain strong relationships with store staff and managersMonitor stock levels and manage stock rotation to minimise returnsImplement promotional activities and point-of-sale material as per store plansReport on store performance, stock issues, competitor activity and customer feedbackProvide support to the sales team by ensuring brand visibility and shelf dominanceEnsure all in-store displays reflect the brands clean and vibrant identityTravel regularly between store locations as requiredKey SkillsStrong organisational and time management skillsGood communication and interpersonal abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAttention to detail with a commitment to maintaining brand standardsProblem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environmentBasic data reporting skills and familiarity with retail systems/toolsPrior experience in merchandising or retail sales support, preferably in FMCGValid drivers licence and own reliable transportComfortable with frequent travel between storesFluency in English; additional South African languages advantageousQualificationsMatric (Grade 12)
