- Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Establishing strategies to expand distribution networks, managing targets and discounts for distributors.
- Collaborating with the Technical Manager to align product offerings with market demands.
- Developing and managing the commercial budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Representing the company at industry events to enhance reputation and visibility.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all commercial activities.
