Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage workshop operations.
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians and artisans.
- Ensure efficient production schedules and quality output.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and control costs.
- Collaborate with other departments for streamlined processes.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role.
- Background in Engineering and Technical sectors.
- Trade qualification as a Fitter and Turner.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure.
