Closing Date: Friday, 12 September 2025Are you passionate about ensuring IT services run seamlessly and deliver real value to the business?We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of our infrastructure services.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing IT operations, driving service excellence, and building strong relationships across business and vendor environments.What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery and performance of IT infrastructure services (networks, servers, storage, cloud, enterprise systems).
- Ensure reliability, security, and alignment of IT services with business needs.
- Manage incident, problem, and change processes.
- Enforce, refine, and implement SLAs/OLAs to ensure accountability.
- Lead vendor and contract management, including negotiations and performance reviews.
- Work closely with stakeholders and leadership to align IT services with strategic goals.
- Drive continuous improvement and provide clear communication on IT service performance.
- 5+ years’ experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager in infrastructure environments.
- Formal qualification(s) in ITIL, ITSM, or related frameworks.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and IT Security.
- Experience in managing SLAs/OLAs for both internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor relationship skills.
- Change management experience and familiarity with transformation frameworks.
- Degree in IT
- IT Security & Infrastructure certifications (e.g., A+, N+, Security+).
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and industry best practices.
- A problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
- Passionate about technology and service excellence.
- Assertive communicator, strong collaborator, and relationship builder.
- Professional, well-spoken, and emotionally mature.
Reporting To: Head of Infrastructure.
