- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners within the iGaming and online casino space.
- Actively recruit new affiliates and expand the program across key markets.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimise campaigns to ensure revenue growth and partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate on promotional strategies, exclusive offers, and performance campaigns.
- Serve as the go-to contact for affiliates-offering support, resources, and guidance.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, advertising standards, and responsible gaming policies.
- Regularly report on KPIs and affiliate metrics, offering insight and strategy suggestions to leadership.
- Manage and monitor commission models, bonuses, and incentive structures.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, keeping the program competitive and relevant.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager or in an affiliate marketing role within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Share and CPA models.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Highly numerate and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal, in English.
- A motivated team player with a solid work ethic and a results-driven approach.
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Experience with MGA-regulated markets.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and retention strategies in iGaming.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as PowerBI.
- Multilingual skills – especially in regions where iGaming is popular.
