In order to enable the various Contact Centres' (new or existing) to sell insurance policies and support with, Process support, queries, analysis, sales setup, coordination, project management and associated risk processes to enable contact centre to sell efficiently. To set up and enable 3rd party Contact centres supporting insurance sales. To support, manage and drive the POC team within Business efficiently and effectivelyQualificationsType of Qualification: First Degree
