Community Liaison HoedspruitWe are seeking a dedicated and professional Community Liaison to join our team in Hoedspruit. This role is central to building and maintaining strong, positive relationships between our organisation and the local community. The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact, ensuring open communication, trust, and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with community members, stakeholders, and local organisations.Act as the primary contact for community engagement, addressing concerns and feedback.Facilitate communication between the organisation and the community to ensure mutual understanding.Coordinate and attend community meetings, events, and initiatives.Support community development projects and identify opportunities for positive impact.Provide regular reports and feedback to management regarding community relations.Ensure the organisations values and objectives are consistently represented within the community.Requirements:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (local languages advantageous).Previous experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, or a similar role.A good understanding of the local Hoedspruit area and community dynamics.Ability to work independently and build trust with diverse groups of people.Organised, reliable, and professional in conduct.Valid drivers licence and own transport preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary package.The opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the local community.A supportive working environment.If you are passionate about building strong community relationships and creating positive change, we invite you to apply.Location: Hoedspruit
Position: Full-timeCandidate Requirements:Minimum of 23 years experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, or a similar role.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.A good understanding of the Hoedspruit region and local community dynamics.Fluency in English (knowledge of local languages will be an advantage).Ability to work independently as well as within a team.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and record-keeping.Professional, approachable, and trustworthy with a high level of integrity.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required.Valid drivers licence and reliable transport.
