
Financial Administrator

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts with precision
- Maintain accurate financial records and databases
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank accounts
- Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support expense management and supplier orders
- Implement and uphold financial policies and procedures
- Ensure timely submission of documentation and invoices
- Collaborate constructively with Project Leaders and Programme Managers
- Respond to Auditor General RFIs and ensure zero rejection rates
- Contribute to meeting monthly cash flow and annual expenditure targets
- Submit correct invoices within 5 working days
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial documentation
- Escalate project-related issues promptly
- Maintain integrity of all submitted financial data
- A qualification in Financial Accounting is advantageous
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial administration
- Exposure to the construction industry preferred
- Familiarity with JBCC and NEC contracts highly beneficial
- Strong background in accounting and project-based finance
- Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail
