Job Description :Our prestigious banking client is seeking Private Advisors net-worth levels for a full-time, permanent, hybrid role. The individual is expected to deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Wealth clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles.The typical profile is someone who meets the parameters below:This Advisor role is for anyone wanting to build a long-term career with a top private bank in SA.Responsibilities:

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:
  • FCSA recognised Qualification & RE5.
  • Preferred: Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, CAIA, CA(SA), CFA, MBA, and fiduciary experience.
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years’ experience in a Banking, Investment, Financial Planning, Wealth Management, and client facing environment
  • Experience in analysing and interpreting complex personal and juristic financial statements.
  • Experience in providing tailored wealth management solutions with extensive knowledge in Fiduciary and Estate Planning.
  • Preferably willing to work in a complex environment with multiplayers.
  • FAIS experience: Ideally signed off on FAIS Category 1 sub cats, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.14,1.17,1.18 &1.22
Experience:
  • At least 4 years of experience in Banking, Investment, Financial Planning, Wealth Management.
  • Proven experience in analysing and interpreting complex personal and business financial statements.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant business systems and Banking and Financial Services regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of wealth creation, accumulation, and protection strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Proven success in managing a client portfolio and acquiring new business relationships.
  • Strong awareness of global financial markets and current affairs.
  • Ability to align client needs with appropriate product solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of a Bank’s risk and compliance mandates to exercise sound commercial judgement.
